Fundraising Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager with excellent leadership skills and networking abilities. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for building good relationships with prospective donors and clients across multiple sectors, communicating with the broader public and internal teams and ensuring annual fundraising targets are met. You should be well organized, proactive, and have the ability to inspire those around you.

To be successful as a Fundraising Manager, you should have sharp public speaking skills and be able to deliver presentations to a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on fundraising opportunities

  • Preparing annual and quarterly fundraising plans

  • Writing funding proposals and presenting to potential donors

  • Supporting potential donors through the grant process

  • Preparing quarterly and annual reports

  • Sending timely updates to all existing and potential donors

  • Coming up with ingenious ways to increase awareness about our mission and raise funds

  • Implementing a variety of fundraising campaigns

  • Organizing and attending non-profit and networking events with relevant stakeholders

  • Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders across sectors


  • Location: Gurgaon

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in fundraising, account management, communications, sales & marketing or other related fields

  • Experience in the non-profit/social impact space is preferred

  • Experience in leading teams and projects

  • Excellent professional communication skills

  • Well versed with web conferencing, MS Office, G Suite and Presentation Tools
