Divya is a dentist by education but Public Health Professional by choice. She recently finished her postgraduate studies in Public Health Management at the Indian Institute of Public Health in Delhi. Her work provides her with a sense of fulfillment and purpose. As Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting, Divya has joined YSF to work with like-minded individuals in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere to advance YSF’s goal and vision.

Ques. If a movie was made about your life, what would it be?
Answer. I don’t currently have a response for it. I’m sure I still have a lot of amazing things to accomplish. But, if and when it happens, I hope it’s directed by Quentin Tarantino.
Ques. If you could travel to any part of the world, where would you go and why?
Answer. Since I was a kid, I’ve been captivated by the northern lights. So visiting all of the Nordic countries is on my dream list.

Answer. I do what I love. The thrill of a difficult circumstance, the uncertainty of an event, setbacks and lessons learned along the way keeps me driven.

Answer. It speaks volumes about the vibe here that even though I’ve only been here for a week, I already feel like I’ve been a part of YSF for a really long time.

Answer. Life is uncertain and we should not take it for granted.
Soumyajit Banerjee has completed Masters in Social Work and is currently working as Project Coordinator for the cancer treatment fund programs at Yuvraj Singh Foundation. He is extremely excited to utilize his passion in the field of social work to help the organisation take further steps in achieving its vision and mission. During his time at YouWeCan, he has thoroughly enjoyed connecting with the families of the beneficiaries.
