Tejaswini Sengupta is a Marketing Executive at YouWeCan Foundation. She aims to bring happiness and positivity to all aspects of the foundations work, in order to make it the #1 Foundation in India. Her motto ‘there is no promised tomorrow’ drives her to work every day towards helping others. She aims to build a network of likeminded individuals, to promote a healthier lifestyle.

1. Three words to describe your personality?

Ans . Optimistic, Loyal, Sarcastic

2. What is your comfort food?

Ans. Bowl of fruits

3. If a movie was made about your life, what would it be?

Ans. I want it to be a super power anime but I think it’s a tragic comedy!

4. If you could travel to any part of the world, where would you go and why?

Ans. Japan, because I love anime culture.

Ans. Comfortable, Friendly, Motivating

6.What motivates you to do what you do?

Ans. The fact that people will never forget how you made them feel

7. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Ans. You never fail, either you win or you learn.

8. A special memory from your time spent with the YWC family

Ans. My first week, when we shot a behind the scenes video at the office!

9. What has living in a pandemic taught you?

Ans. That no home arrest can stop your growth, opportunities lie in your daily garment.

Garima Mahajan is Operations Manager at YouWeCan Foundation. She has completed her Masters in Mass Communication and intends to further dive into the evolving digital landscape. Her warm spirit and enthusiasm fuels her to take the Foundations’ mission and amplify it — so it reaches as many people as possible. Her core values of compassion and empathy drive her to work towards a better future for all.

Ans. Parathas made by my mother with oodles of butter

Ans. My grandmother’s village

Ans. Meaningful, Supportive, Progressive

6. What motivates you to do what you do?

Ans. Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will make a difference in someone’s life makes me do what I do – with zeal and honesty.

7. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Ans. Your moods are contagious. So, smile as much as you can!

8. A special memory from your time spent with the YWC family?

Ans. In my first week itself, I witnessed the passion that drives YWC family. Independence from Hunger campaign, driven from a tweet and amplified by zealous and ardent YWC team was deeply moving and overwhelming.

9. What has living in a pandemic taught you?

Ans .Health is precious. And other than your loved ones, everything else is dispensable.
