A health camp was conducted at Sai Sanjivani Hospital, Salo, Himachal Pradesh on 5th February from 11 am onwards. More than 80 patients got checked for various tests like blood pressure, height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), dental conditions, body temperature and pulse oximeter.

The other tests included oral cancer screening through Toludiene Blue Staining and breast cancer screening through iBreastExam machine. In the results, 6 patients reported blood pressure higher than the normal range, 2 patients had a temperature above the normal range, 7 patients had pre-cancerous lesions in the mouth due to tobacco consumption and smoking habit and 2 patients were tested positive on iBreastExam Machine.

• Patients diagnosed positive referred to City Hospital, Salon, Himachal Pradesh
• 2 doctors and 2 paramedical staff present at the camp
• 20 volunteers from Shoolini University took part in the check-up process
