YouWeCan believes in the philosophy that there is no substitute for hard work. Our team in Goa is tirelessly and consistently screening females across the region under Swasth Mahila Swasth Goa campaign. It was a milestone to screen 5000 women in 67 camps in November month. Camps were held at PHC Ponda at Bandora, PHC Shiroda, PHC Marcaim, St Inez Church, Rotary Club Mapusa and village carambola.

New software was updated. YWC staff, PHC staff and all device operators were trained for efficient and smooth functioning of the camps.

Swasth Mahila Swasth Goa project was initiated by YouWeCan in collaboration with SBI Foundation to spread awareness on early screening and timely detection and sensitize women towards better health. Till date above 40,000 women been screened under this project and the confirmed cases are undergoing treatment with the support of YouWeCan and Government of Goa.
