31 August 2018: Yuvraj Singh Foundation under its initiative – YouWeCan participated as an associate partner in BW People CSR Conclave 2018. The idea behind this conference is to provide a distinctive opportunity for leaders across the country to discuss distinctive insights on visionary leadership, strategy and constantly changing Social Causes Like: Women Empowerment, Child Education, Preventive Health Structure, vision, strategy and changing corporate social responsibility needs.
YouWeCan’ s Chairperson – Ms. Shabnam Singh shared her perspectives on importance of collaboration between the Corporate and NGOS for spreading awareness on Cancer Screening, Cancer Treatment and Education and Cancer Survivors from Below the Poverty Line.

Ms. Shabnam Singh on the Occasion mentioned; “Our focus is to spread awareness on cancer by facilitating cancer screening camps in the most remote areas of our country aimed at early detection of cancer. We have successfully conducted 120 cancer screening camps across India and approximately 1,20,000 people from marginalized backgrounds have benefitted. We are presently supporting the education of 140 cancer survivor students from below the poverty line under the Together We Can initiative”.
A designated stall space was setup to explain the visitors about the projects and interventions of Yuvraj Singh Foundation and its Cancer Focused Initiative – YouWeCan – Fight Cancer.
