In conversation with an ardent fan of Yuvi, Vineet Ganatra

Ques. Introduce yourself.  Where are you from and how have you become involved with the foundation?

Answer. I am VINEET GANATRA. I am from Jharsuguda in Odisha. I am a fan of Yuvi and also the foundation’s effort to impact lives of the needy made me get involved with it.

Ques. What motivated you to become involved with YWC activities?

Answer. The devout nature of initiatives that YWC activities have drives me towards being a part of this wonderful foundation. The satisfaction that one gets of doing a YWC activity is unmatched.

Ques. What is a memorable moment that you’ve experienced in your involvement with YWC?

Answer. The most memorable moment till date for me marks the day – August 31, 2020 on which we all Yuvians, interacted with Yuvi Paaji over a video call where in each one of us, emotionally conveyed our love for the maestro. I too spoke about my love towards him (pinched myself). It still marks to be one of the best days of my life and I will always owe it to the foundation that I got such an opportunity, one which I earlier could only dream of.

Ques. What do you aspire to do?

Answer. I aspire to become a successful entrepreneur in the future and achieve a little something for myself as soon as possible so that I can also become a bigger servant of the humanity just like my idol Yuvraj Singh.

Ques. Has Yuvraj Singh inspired your life? How and why?

Answer. Yuvraj Singh for me is the personification of the saying ‘when the going gets tough, the tough gets going’. He always inspired me – be it when I took the field to play the game of cricket, be it when it comes to the heart- warming nature off the field or be it the way he is fighting against cancer with YWC. The fighting spirit, the never give up attitude and on top the sense of doing the best for the country & the people inspires me like nothing ever does.
