UPDATES FROM SWASTH MAHILA SWASTH GOA

Swasth Mahil Swasth Goa

On the 24th of May, a camp was setup at Vedanta Industry (Village Panchayat, Amona) — a step forward for the Swasth Mahila Swasth Goa Initiative in Partnership with SBI Foundation. Using the iBreast Exam, 46 were screened successfully, of which 2 women were detected for Breast Cancer.

In addition, we hosted a camp at GKB, Pilerne, North Goa. 93 women were screened — out of which 1 suspected case was detected for Breast Cancer.

At St. Joseph’s High School, San Jose de Areal — 33 women were screened and no iBE was suspected at this camp. We thank everyone involved in this effort!
