Sandeep Sharma, lovingly known as "Sandy Paaji", is one of the more respected and looked upon cricketers in the Indian domestic circuit. With a career spanning over 13 years, he represented the states of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. One of his greatest achievements was leading team Himachal Pradesh to winning the Ranji Trophy as their captain and being referred to as the "Legend of Himachal".

He is known for his team building abilities both on and off the field and for encouraging youngsters to chase their dreams. He is the go-to person for many youngsters who look up to him as an elder brother and mentor.

Currently, he has been employed with the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) since 1996. Currently, he is the Chief Manager - Human Resources in the organization and his cricketing skills are still a treat as he continues to excel for the ONGC cricket team. cricket team
