Meet The Team

Prateeksha Saxena is Cluster coordinator in Swasth Mahila Swasth Goa project. She brings Positive energy, innovation and zeal to the team. She is being a better version of herself by working in the public health sector. Every day seeing herself grow in every aspect of life gives her comfort and forces her to always go ahead. She completed her degree in bachelor of dental surgery and then did a specialization in public health. She is all the more excited to be a part of YouWeCan foundation.

Ques: Three words to describe your personality?

Answer: Flexible, Humble and Ambivert

Ques: What is your comfort food?

Answer: Not a foodie person but yeah i am a sweet tooth person.

Ques: If a movie was made about your life, what would it be?

 

Answer: I always feel connected with “Naina” from Yeh jawani hai deewani

Ques: If you could travel to any part of the world, where would you go and why?

Answer: I want to visit Antarctic island to see penguins.

Ques: What are 3 words to describe working at YWC?

Answer: Comfortable, Impactful, Insightful

Ques: What motivates you to do what you do?

Answer: To Be a reason for someone’s smile.

Ques: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Answer: Once my friend told me that “you should always be happy till the time you can feed yourself.”

Ques: A special memory from your time spent with the YWC family?

Answer: A camp conducted in an old age home. The aura, strength and love we received from those people was heart touching.

Ques: What has living in a pandemic taught you?

Answer: Life is too short. Always show gratitude towards everyone. Never keep grudges against anyone.

Stella Fernandes is working as a Cluster Coordinator at YouWeCan Foundation. She brings greater success to the YWC team through dedicated work & knowledge to help alleviate this deadly disease. She supports the youwecan team through dedicated work & knowledge. She is passionate and enthusiastic in providing quality services to the community and uplifting them to live a happier and healthier life. She is a postgraduate in Public Health from KLE University Belgaum and is deeply interested in community-driven projects and research work.

Ques: Three words to describe your personality?

Answer: Loving, Hardworking and Outspoken

Ques: What is your comfort food?

Answer: Always drooling over the goan fish curry rice & spicy cafreal chicken bread.

Ques: If a movie was made about your life, what would it be?

Answer: I have not yet watched a movie that i can connect my life with but, i hope to see one someday.

Ques: If you could travel to any part of the world, where would you go and why?

Answer: I would love to go on a world tour venturing across each and every place, one of it would be Seychelles known for its scenic views.

Ques: What are 3 words to describe working at YWC?

Answer: Inspiring, New experiences & Impactful

Ques: What motivates you to do what you do?

Answer: My compassion & motivation to enlighten & touch the lives of the people to have a happier & healthier living.

Ques: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Answer: Let go with a smile and move ahead stronger, you don’t always get what you seek for but you receive things that are much better and more impactful than what you have ever imagined & desired for. Work hard and success will follow you.

Ques: A special memory from your time spent with the YWC family?

Answer: Each day we create new memories at YWC, one of it is the lovely birthday surprises which is always overwhelming and the lunch parties with the entire team filled with laughter.

Ques: What has living in a pandemic taught you?

Answer:Live life to the fullest, enjoy the simplest things in life keeping all the worries aside, begin each day on an inspiring and positive note. Health is wealth.
