World No Tobacco Day 2019: YouWeCan Organises Oral Cancer Screening and Awareness Camp

New Delhi, 01/06/2019

To commemorate World No Tobacco Day 2019, YouWeCan in collaboration with Jamna Auto organised an oral cancer awareness and screening camp for rural communities located near the Jamna Auto Headoffice in New Delhi. 

Over 500 people participated in the health camps, which focused primarily on oral cancer screening and awareness. A tobacco cessation counselling program was also organised to sensitise participants on the ill effects of tobacco use and moreover help them quit the habit. 

At the end of the event, everyone was encouraged to take the ‘NO TOBACCO PLEDGE!’
